Support emails and calls

I have an open support ticket that I responded to 5 days ago via email. I haven’t heard a peep from support. I also called the support phone # and got a message that their call volume was to high and that I should submit an email ticket.

Am I stuck in bad tech support hell. Meanwhile my camera still doesn’t work right.

Anyone know how to get a response from tech support.
