I have two Wyze cam 2 in two separate places in the house, both connected to the same wifi.
In the last week one of the two has lost audio. I’m not 100% sure since I usually only use the video, but I think audio went away after I upgraded to the latest firmware ending with 37.
To be clear one camera works fine. Video works fine on both.
I already tried a soft restart via the app and also disconnecting power and waiting 10-15 seconds.
Any suggestions? Anyone else had this issue?
Have you tried pairing the camera over again completely? Is the firmware up to date?

I tried both pairing again and factory reset.
I also noticed that I haven’t received any notifications of audio events in days.
Anyone from Wyze checking? Should I file a ticket for replacement?

If that doesn’t solve it, keep in mind that this is primarily a user-to-user forum. If you don’t get help here from the community, file a support request including log files. That will ensure that the logs are captured. You might want to submit the ticket right away because there’s somewhat of a backlog. You can always let them know it’s already resolved when they contact you.
