Submitting a support ticket

Submitting a support ticket is a horrible experience… Tried to do it 3 times and it keeps saying that they’ve found the answer… Something about the mounting adhesive… I have a total of 4 bricked sensors that are dead. New batteries don’t help, resetting camera after removing the bridge doesn’t help…

I need 4 replacements for the ones that bricked Wyze, you have my address, send them please
