So I just bought these cameras today. I got two of them as a package deal off Amazon. I got them both hooked up, one outside and one inside and I don’t care for the SD card because I don’t need it for any particular reason other than if something happens that day. So, I figured that the cloud would be sufficient enough like it was with my EZVIZ camera. But when I playback an event, the sound goes on for two seconds enough for two seconds on for two seconds off for two seconds throughout the whole playback. After researching a little, I have come to find this is a common issue that I wish I would have learned about before I purchased these. I’ve logged out and reinstalled my app. I’ve restarted the cameras. I’ve gone in all the advanced settings turned on record sound all of that and it still does it. I do not want these cameras if they do not record sound efficiently. Anyone had this issue and had it solved?I don’t want to have to get an SD card either so please don’t suggest that.
My pan cam v3 has the same problem when viewing saved to the cloud video but not from the SD card. Wyze should fix this problem.
