Anybody use a solar panel with their battery cam pro? How did you hook it up without the L plug to seal the cable connection? Just the normal cable? Won’t that let dirt and water in?
2nd question. How do you know it’s working? I dont see anything different and it’s dark out so I can’t tell if it’s working. The mail carrier got here too late so the sun was already going down once it was installed.
I know the panel works with the battery cam pro. I read that much before and after I bought it. Multiple times. That’s why I bought it. I wasn’t asking if anyone used one with the battery cam pro to see if it worked together. Or I’d have asked “do they work together? Will it power the battery cam pro?” but I didn’t ask that. Only if there were people here using the 2 together. And what, cable you used since there wasn’t an L cable in the box. Not sure how all that was missed?
At this point, I’ve edited my original post to narrow down everything I said to my 2 main questions since it seem like no one saw them. Or I don’t know what. Because I never asked if they worked together or not but that’s all anyone answered.
My question was what did you do since they didn’t include a cable with the L plug on it? Just plug straight in with the standard cable? That won’t allow in water and dirt?
And 2nd… HOW CAN I TELL ITS WORKING? Not sure if you guys missed that last time I asked? I don’t see anything different in the app with it hooked up. So how do you know if it’s actually working?
