Cam Plus assigned. The issue is I can’t get the beta firmware onto the camera I want to test since the V2 isn’t listed in the configuration for beta devices. I can see all the other cameras, bulbs, plugs, sense hub, etc. Only the V2 camera is missing from the beta firmware list.

Is there a Wyze Cam option? It doesn’t say V2, it just says Wyze Cam.

Like some others, I cannot get past the capture page on Android. When I attempt to capture an image I am presented with a white screen with no way to back out of it. I have to restart the app and try again, each time with the same result.

I cannot get past the actual creation step. I go to create a skill and it says establishing a secure connection then just brings me back to the main page of the app and nothing is created. I have v2 cameras

I am having the same issue on Pixel 6a. I believe it might be an Android issue as it seems iOS users have been able to move past this step.

I was having the same issue. Check that your app and your v2 cameras firmware is upto date and clear the apps cache. Also be sure your cam plus subscription is on the v2 cam youre wanting to use

Hahahahah ROASTED!!:fire:
We saw over 150+ skills been created and 100+ models been trained last night which is soo exciting!! I am definitely watching closely on what’s not working for other testers tho…

Thank you for the feedback, c1954ritchey! I have taken the crashing issue from capturing with live back to team. Have you checked if you are up-to-date with the firmwares?

Hmm… I just saw a user before you on Android mentioned capturing image from live goes to white screen, too. Weird. Let me bring the issue back.

Is it possible that you can share a screenshot of what happened to the next box?

Working for me now on Pixel 6 Pro / Android 13. Have not seen an event/trigger/detection yet, but could be my misunderstanding. Make sure your v2 device firmware is up to date.

Quite a few testers shared the same issue!! I think it’s caused by not meeting one of the pre-requirements

  • V2 camera
  • 2.36 APP
  • latest FW for cam-v2
  • CamPlus or CamPlus Pro"
Let me know if it’s the case!

Thank you, K6CCC! I have logged both issues. Thanks for testing on both platforms and compare the differences - it really help us to provide a more consistent experiences in the future

So far for me it’s been laggy. I couldn’t create a target when I first received the email so Ive been behind everyone else. Capturing the images has been super glitchy for me even when I attempt the capture from saved files. Exiting the capture feature & re-entering several times solves it for me. I set mine up in garage to alert when the garage light is on. I have a Wyze switch controlling it & have turned it on several times no notification that it’s been on. So far it has not been working I will train a new skill. I don’t have that many V2 cameras but what I really wanted was to train the skill on my outdoor cam. I have a car that is in my driveway & a neighbors car across the street in camera view, when there’s movement from anything else even shading from the house, I get a notification because of the parked cars. It would be awesome to filter those images because they are constant recognize able. I will try to set up a V2 somewhere to train this skill hopefully before testing closes

If you look at the bottom, that’s all you get. It’s covered by the next box.
You can tap on it to create your label, but can’t see anything, and it doesn’t do anything after that.

There is no beta v2 firmware at this time. Just load current production v2 firmware 4.9.9.1472 and assign Cam Plus.

Only Cam v2 is supported at this time:
