Show or hide camera on/off buttons on home screen

I saw this topic today while looking for something else. Even with the app redesign as of v3x, I still occasionally see users complain about this with camera tiles on the Home screen’s Favorites tab. I previously shared some thoughts in a related Wishlist topic:
