We have had items sent that way before and had no issues, but we are located in California and they have a warehouse here,so thats why it comes quickly
I live in Tennessee and recently ordered a floodlight. FedEx/Wyze promised delivery was 2/14. It is now Tues, 2/15 and USPS has run today with no delivery.

Just expressing my opinion from past experience with Smartpost. Had I known my order would have been shipped with Smartpost I would not have made the purchase.

DO NOT ORDER DIRECTLY FROM WYZE.
Wyze Product Fulfillment is a massive FAIL. Wyze doesn’t understand that their product fulfillment doesn’t end after the product is out the warehouse door. No, the fulfillment contract ends only once the product is successfully DELIVERED. I ordered a scale on 12/27/21. The product never made it out of the UPS distribution center in Braselton, GA. Wyze and UPS tracking shows it has been there sine 1/3/22. I filed a support ticket on 1/20/22. Today is 2/17/22. Wyze has yet to address the issue.
Only Wyze can file an insurance claim with UPS. Instead, Wyze is happy to keep money for a product that was never delivered. My next steps: Seek charge reversal on Amex, report to Better Business Bureau, and report to Georgia Governor’s Office of Consumer Affairs.
Wyze should not be in product fulfillment. Their Mickey Mouse operation is only turning dedicated customers against them. Wyze should farm this out to Amazon 100%. If they decide to continue to try to fulfill orders in-house they should clean house and hire experienced personnel.
Not because of delivery issues, I am pausing purchasing Wyze products. I understand their product development and replenishment is suppressed because of supply chain issues, still the product development decision making is very suspect. We all know that there are products we’ve advocated for which expands Wyze core product lines. But, due to some flawed decision trees or rudderless leadership Wyze has chosen to ignore those.
So until I see recommitment to expanding home security and features most requested by committed customers I’m pausing. I’m also pausing because stalled core product development and replenishment could be a sign of a failing company. When I see evidence of the company’s health I will purchase Wyze products, but not directly from Wyze. I will only purchase from Amazon and retail stores. I highly suggest you do the same.
I highly suggest you order via Amazon, Home Depot, Best Buy, Microcenter or whoever, just not directly from Wyze. They are not dedicated to successful product fulfillment.

I am suffering from buyers regret
my order remains “Unfulfilled” and WZYE support has just told me that it can a minimum of 2 weeks and as long as 4 weeks before my order will arrive.
That is from when it is actually fulfilled.
Why didn’t I order next day from Amazon prime?

WHere are these being shipped from that it takes “10-14 business days for your package to arrive.” I am not thrilled about the " between 2-5 business days for your package to ship"
The only reason that I ordered the OG Telephoto was it was going to take 3 weeks to get a telephoto lens to put in my Cam v2 from aliExpress from China
That seems crazy to me. Lemme see why this is. We pride ourselves in beating Amazon shipping times (at times haha). Lemme see what’s going on here.
