Is it normal to wait 30 days and still not receive an order?
I have had good luck ordering Wyze cameras from Amazon.
Always best to purchase Wyze subscriptions (like Cam Plus) directly from the Wyze web site.

Unfortunately, I’ve seen Forum users report that from time to time, especially in Canada with a particular carrier, but I don’t think that’s typical. What has Wyze Support said when you contacted them? What detail can you share about your order?
