I have 2 Wyze V4 cameras shared with me what just started showing as offline today. My app is version 3.8.7.725; I am using a Samsung Galaxy S24 FE. When I troubleshoot, I see no devices linked to this account when I check Firmware updates, however under Shared, it shows both cameras as shared and accepted by me. I have tried logging off and back in.
You’ll need to talk to the owner of the cams. They could have a power outage, internet outage, or some other issue going on.
You won’t see any cams linked to your account (unless you also own some of your own cams). You also cannot do firmware updates on cams shared to you.
