Shared the doorbell v2 camera with husband and he gets error code 10005. We are sitting next to each other on same wifi and I see it on my app, but he still gets error message.
Can you have him pull it up and get the error again, then send in an app log:
Wyze App > Account > Wyze Support > Submit a Log > select your device and submit the log
Then post the log number here and I will have them look into it.
