Set Timer for Fan Control

I saw this thread, but it doesn’t seem to be resolved or have an accurate response: Timer for Fan Control

I’d like the ability to set a timer for running the fan (I.e. Run fan for 15 minutes). The Nest thermostat had this option, and it was nice because I didn’t have to worry about turning the fan off.

I see that there is an option to run the fan for a certain period every hour, but I don’t think that solves my issue. There are times, like after using the oven, where I just want to recirculate the air and cool the house down.

Pain point: just left the fan running for 8 hours because I forgot I had turned it on. Would like to avoid that in the future.

Possible solutions: update fan options to Auto, On, Timer, with either set intervals (15, 30, 45, 60 minutes) or provide a user input.

That would be a very nice feature to have.

For Real energy conservation in a 2 story house: Please add timer function for fan to Turn On to cycle hot air out of upstairs bedroom at night in the summer, and cycle warmer air to the first floor during the day in winter!!!

Have you thought about adding the Wyze Light Switch and then setting an automation to turn it on and off at a certain time?
