10/7/22 11:10AM PT - We believe we have identified the root cause and things should start recovering. We will continue to monitor this throughout the day.

10:38 AM PT - We are experiencing issues with the cloud services that can affect logging in, high latency and missed notifications. We are currently looking into the cause.


I had issues with AcuRite servers today 10/7/22 , also


Wonder if the server cause ios15.7 wyze losing all thumbnail in events. It is just a small v2 camera pic.

Another cloud issue?! How are we supposed to rely on our cameras for security if the cloud is always having problems?
