Service Status & Known Issues – Wyze

THANK GOD! I thought I was going crazy. I even had a tech support person insist that it was NOT a service issue. I replied saying, “How can of my V2 motion sensors (10 of them) go out at once and it NOT be a service issue?” Especially given that I just did my annual replacement of the AA batteries in them.

I am happy to report that as of 1:36 PM ET (10:36 AM PT), this issue appears to be resolved….at least from my neck of the woods here in Pennsylvania. I can tell you that this went down at approximately 2AM PT this morning.

I’m also seeing resolution in limited testing: My expected Device & Service Trigger is firing and showing up in Automation History. :+1:

Everything (switch controls, automations/triggers) are back up for me. :+1:

I learned years ago to not do anything when I would see everything stop working.

Always a service advisory issue.

Thanks WyzeJasonJ, I received the EMAIL about it being down, and that is very helpful.

Those early warnings keep me from rebooting cameras and routers!
