The buttons on the Sense Keypad seem very cheap - mine is about 2 years old. I actually use it fairly rarely – a few times per year. (Usually I use my phone.) The “Disarmed” button works most of the time, but it can take several tries to make the “Home” or “Away” buttons actually do something. I sort of roll my finger on the button, then look to see if it lit up – indicating that it registered a press. Is there any way that this could be caused by a low battery?
Fortunately, the number buttons and the check-mark seem reliable.
It would be slightly preferable if each button made a sound or gave haptic feedback, so I would not need to lift my finger to see if it lit up.
