Wow!!! Waiting a few minutes before clicking Accept was the fix!! I now have RTSPS disabled (finally) so it’s just running plain RTSP. VLC was connecting, but BlueIris wouldn’t but after fiddling with some settings and restarting the camera, it’s working.

I FINALLY have my v3 camera working in Blue Iris, without Docker-Wyze-Bridge, and with the garage door opener accessory also working via the Wyze app.
