Robot vacuum was running a normal cleaning cycle today, went out to check on it and noticed it was in the middle of the room spinning circles. I attempted to use the app to return it to the base but it said to “place it on a flat surface to continue”. It was already on a flat surface so I picked it up and placed it back down, same issue. Tried canceling the cleaning session, same response. I’ve tried pressing and holding the home button, power button and both buttons and the same time with no luck. Now I’ve got a vacuum spinning circles and I can’t shut it off… Guess I’ll wait for the battery to die.
