The cover that holds in the roller brush in place on the bottom of the vacuum wears out. The rubber backstop on the cover wears out and falls off, inhibiting the vacuum’s ability to sweep up things. This should be a replacement part. After the (short) 1 year warranty, there is no way, other then to buy a whole new robot vacuum, to fix this.
