I was able to fix it and now it’s working smoothly like a new vacuum. I contacted the support and they said it was out of warranty. So decided to diagnose the issue on my own. I removed all the parts and found that 2 small thin wires were broken from the wheel which was causing the issue. It was not an easy fix, but I managed to solder the wires back into the sockets from where those came out. Assembled it and it worked even better than earlier. I am able to add the new floor and able to vacuum the carpet which I was not able to do before. Hope it will stay in this state, anyways I now know how to repair it so…
