I’ve ordered 2 cemeras and only 1 came in the mail I want my money returned and now they won’t respond to me

Hi @levi99746, sorry to hear you’re having this issue. Where did you order your cameras from? Also, what do you mean by not responding to you? Did you submit a support request, call them on the phone, etc.? If so, when did you try to contact them?

I contacted them on there email address and it’s now been like 4 days and no reply at all

Wyze doesn’t have 24/7 support, and they haven’t been in the office since Friday evening because of the holiday weekend. So, today would probably be the earliest they would see your request. :slight_smile:
