my wyze doorbell pro died before i had the opportunity to recharge it. after recharging, the camera will no longer connect to the internet.
ive tried resetting my internet but that did not resolve the issue.
i also tried going through the device setup process again but it does not seem to be working either. the camera nor the chime do not give the “ready to connect” prompt and holding the reset button on the side of the chime does not help either. ive tried unplugging and plugging back in the chime, but either the light doesnt turn on, or it flashes green without letting me reset
