So luck would have it that right after a year after purchase, my Floodlight Pro’s camera lens accumulated water moisture inside the lens and mineral deposits have formed up after the moisture dried out. Since it’s been over a year Wyze support won’t do anything. I’ve tried the few techniques recommended to clean the internal portion of the camera lens but to no success.
Now, I do like the Floodlight Pro and do wish to to somehow still use it because otherwise, the camera’s lights and audio still perform great. It’s just that damned foggy camera lens is the issue.
Since Wyze won’t do anything further to help, I figure the next best thing I can do is disassemble the camera body housing and remove the camera lens itself and either try to further clean the lens or just replace the whole camera lens with a new lens.
If I decide to go with that latter option, is it stated anywhere as to what camera lens are used in the Floodlight Pro?
