My remote for floor lamp is not working. Can I purchase a replacement remote from Wyze or is there a generic remote?

I have 2 Wyze (Task) Floor Lamps and both remotes worked fine until 30 minutes ago. I was able to turn both lamps on and 20 minutes later one switch was able to turn off its lamp, but the other shows no sign of life. I tried fresh batteries, popped the pairing button out, but the blue LED on the remote knob doesn’t light up. Please let me know if there is a repair, replacement option or if there is a way to purchase a replacement.
Left the battery out of the remote for over an hour, put it all back together and left it alone all night long. Today I woke up when the light turned on (it’s scheduled to wake me) and out of habit, I pressed the button and to turn the light off and it worked just like it’s supposed to. Still would like to know how to get a replacement just in case that happens again, but super happy that it started working again (just as mysteriously as it stopped)

I don’t have one but the info says you can use the Wyze app with Bluetooth to control it. Probably not what you really want.
