I have the same issue, started Saturday. Updated firmware to 4.9.4.28 today with no change. Next a fix ASAP.
Updated all 3 of my cameras to the latest firmware today. I can access the cameras if I’m on the same network but couldn’t from outside. Not sure if this is related to the firmware.
Multiple of us have sent information and logs to Wyze. I am sure they are working on it.

I had no problems yesterday but a friend of mine 5 states away had continuous trouble connecting to live feed. We both ran the firmware upgrade lastnight and I have been getting motion alerts this morning fine. I can view the footage from motion but I cant connect to view live feed today. Hope they are still working on it which I am sure they are. They are always great resolving issues.
I am still having issues today, I updated my firmware last night, It worked for a bit, but I just checked again now on LTE and I am getting code 0

I’ve been getting slightly better results this morning. Still not what I’d call great, but was able to make more connections than yesterday. However, I’ll be interested to see if performance degrades as more of North America wakes up and attempts more remote live streams.

Still not able to connect via cell phone service. Any update on this? Im very disappointed

Of course, every attempt made since my last post has resulted in the same gray failure window that I got yesterday, both wifi and LTE.

Just curious. Are all of us complaining BETA TESTERS? I signed up to do that and just wonder if it is only us BETA TESTERS are experiencing this or the general user. I really like the potential of these cams so don’t mind testing. I resorted back to my cellular game cam yesterday to keep an eye on my dog when we left. As with the rest of you, only events can be seen when away from home. At home on the same WiFi as the cams, I can see live video. Away, I can not connect to any cam.
I’m not in the beta.

Testing unofficial releases before released into production. Typically, beta testing tests features they plan to release.

ZThe problems continue today. Did connect once on small cams and the pan and tilt on LTE but have not been able again.i can’t make event because I don’t know how and when I click it doesn’t show anything. I just get through step 1-2-3 spinning spring and then no live feed and then the whole close app and try again blah blah. Very disappointing and frustrating. First few days with wyze cam. Set them up Saturday night lol. Wifi connection is fine. However that doesn’t help me when I am away from home trying to keep an eye on a husband with brain cancer. Hope this issue is dealt with soon. And no I am not a beta tester.
