Version 3.23.0 on my mac os Version 26.6.2.
When I look at videos in “recent events,” it only lets me view the 1st video regardless of which thumbnail I click on. In 4 years I’ve never had this issue before. How do I fix it to let me see the video i click on instead of just the very first video.
I have done these things but the problem remains:
- deleted the app and re-downloaded
- deleted the cache files in the app
- signed out of acc, forced it to quit
- restarted computer
