Received wrong items in my order.... what to do?

Hi guys,

I live in the UK and I placed an order for a Sense Starter Kit plus a couple of Sense Single Motion Sensors. I received the parcel today and it contains the wrong items: two WYZE smart plugs plus two WYZE 32GB microSDHC Cards.

I tried to contact Wyze but I could not find a phone number to call to, the only option seems to be to create a support ticket which I have done.

Do any of you guys know what is the fastest way to contact Wyze to discuss this problem and get a resolution for it?
