Received a wyze deadbolt lock, keypad, and gateway as a gift and i can't use it due to software issue and i was told there is nothing they can do because i dont have the sales receipt because "it was a gift"

May want to investigate this thread:

Plugs ( WLPP1 ) and the bulbs ( WLPA19 ) cannot be re-added

Seems this problem might have come back with v2.50.6 (469). After seeing someone else had a problem with Wyze 2019 bulbs, I found I have a similar issue. I cannot see the bulb network when setting up each of two bulbs. Thanks for any info.
