In my case I am able to remotely reboot my Netgear Orbi router. That’s a nice feature.
Regarding my modem which is is on a fiber network, I don’t have the option to reboot it remotely myself if required, but I understand that it I call them they can “essentially” do that for me. Haven’t tried that yet.
I would then reboot my router myself remotely if I’m out of town.
