RCA tablet with android 7 not compatible with app

i recently bought a rca voyager pro tablet to use only for wyze 2 camera. however when i tried to download the wyze app, i get the message it is not compatible. any suggestion as to why will be appreciated

Is the tablet up to date? It the tablet jail broken?

For some reason, that tablet is locked down somewhat by RCA. I got one for a different (Android only) app. I ended up having to side load it. You can Google how to side load. It isn’t too difficult.
