I have an Orbi mesh network and don’t have issues with any other devices connecting but I randomly have “Connection failed (error code 13)” errors when the app connects to the camera to display the stream. The wifi is at least 3 bars according to the “device info” option.
The Orbi doesn’t have a separate network for the 2.4 vs 5 Ghz networks. I have the 2.4 network to be on channel 11 which seems to be the best channel in my area.
I don’t know if this is related but I noticed happening as soon as I started adding camera to the app. I now have 7 Wyze Cameras (5 v3 and 2 v2). I don’t recall having these connection issues when I only had 2 camera.
