I have a V2 and an event happened today, I pulled the footage ASAP but there’s no sound! and I kind of need sound for future events! Is there a setting somewhere where I can set to record audio along with video?
If you click on the gear in the app (upper right) when viewing live stream for any camera, under Advanced Settings, there is an option to Record Sound. iirc, the default is on. When viewing playback, depending on how you’re playing it back, the sound may simply be off. Look for a small speaker icon and if it has an x by it, it is off. Click it to toggle it on.
