Ya thats what I figured 
Even though it was unrealistic, I was hoping for an extra Outdoor cam or free contact sensors.

Certainly cute and a genuinely nice gesture. But it goes to show how skewed the decision making process is there. This is a peek into the capabilities of the people who are responsible for public and customer relations. Out of touch.
I think it’s a cowboy hat rain gutter. It helps channel water away from camera.
