Push notifications failing

push notifications do not send. I followed all the trouble shooting that was posted in here and
Made sure my notifications on my phone were allowing it. The only way i can see anything recorded is if I go into manually view events. I ensured push notifications through the app were on and everything many times and I still will not get push notifications after many tests. I checked the bell in the upper right corner to make sure there was slash through it, and still nothing, I clicked into each camera setting and ensured it was selected to send push notifications, updated the firmware, and even made sure my phone was allowing notifications. I still do not get any push notifications when there is motion, movement, or sound. Again I also made sure everything was updated and still nothing for push notifications to alert me. I have an Apple 8+

Welcome to the community, @tannerbills22. Sorry to hear you’re having this issue. Since you’ve already tried everything posted in this forum, it sounds like you may need to contact support. However, If you haven’t already checked the troubleshooting guides on the Support section of the Wyze website, I would recommend doing that first. :slight_smile:
