Not sure if this is the place for this…when I tell they Wyze app to turn off push notifications, I choose “Until I turn it back on”, exactly 24 hours later it automatically turns back on…it didn’t used to do that as it would stay off until I turned it back on…just wanted to report this.
I had the exact same problem and reported it for Fix-it-Friday as a bug… turns out I had a rule that I created as a test to help someone else enabled that was turning notifications back on and I had forgotten about it because I knew I had never used notification rules. I just forgot about one I was testing. 
Check to make sure you don’t have any rules set for notifications.
