Paid $19.99 for 1-yr of Cam Plus via iPhone app. Transaction went through. Got order confirmation email from Wyze but … when I am in the Events tab and try to playback an event, it just presents me with the option to purchase Cam Plus.

Did you add that camera to the purchased CamPlus?
The same for me with both cameras. The cameras were not kicking on as they should. There was an upgrade, and I thought good they will work angain but not so, now the camera rules go off by themselves. It has gotten worse as the days go by because no events are being recorded at this time.
