I successfully paired all my contact sensors with bridges (protip: make sure camera the bridge is plugged into is actually on. Whoops) and all are working except one. The light comes on when the door is opened or closed, but no event registers in the app. The history shows “Not Any Records”. I unmounted it from the door and moved it within a foot of the bridge and triggered the sensor repeatedly, but it still reads “Closed” and “Not any records”. I’ve also tried removing and replacing the battery.
Help?
