Preorder Shipment Update #9
Week of 2/3/2021!
Hey, friends!
Sorry for the late update, I know some Redditors (and apparently their wife?) were concerned! I’m here and still kickin’, we just had some maintenance over the last few days that delayed sending this out a bit. 
Here’s what I have this week for updates on the manufacturing and shipping of super shiny preordered items for you and yours.
First, some weekly reminders.

We’re shipping through some items that were ordered quite some time ago! If you think we have outdated shipping info for your order, please contact our support team ASAP! The person that moved into your old home will be super confused if they randomly receive a box with a doorbell in it.

The dates that you see in these emails are estimates for when your devices will ship . After shipping, our partners will work on getting your package to you. Please give about 4-14 business days for your new device(s) to complete their journey!

Not in the Contiguous US? If you’re in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, it could take up to 2-4 weeks to get your package to you.
Alright, let’s go! 
Quick summary.
A lot has happened since we last spoke! Here’s a summary of what changed this week for those not interested in the details:
Wyze Cam v3:
- Shipping finished last week.
Deleted, as they are no longer preorder! Any additional sales (when they’re in stock) are planned to ship within a week or so.
Wyze Video Doorbell:
- Started shipping last week, but no specific dates were available yet.
Orders from September 22nd - September 23rd are planned to ship by 2/20.
Orders from September 24th - October 11th are planned to ship by 3/6.
Wyze Home Monitoring System:
- Was planned to start shipping in late April.
Broadened the estimate from ‘late April’ to ‘April’ as we may be able to deliver earlier.
Wyze Plug Outdoor:
- Started shipping last week, but no specific dates were available yet.
Orders from January 27th - February 1st are planned to ship by 2/20.
Wyze Thermostat
100% of preorders have been shipped.
All of the outstanding preorders for Wyze Thermostat have shipped!
New orders are expected to ship within our normal 1-3 day window until preorders end.
Notes for Wyze Thermostat
Wyze Thermostat has transitioned into general availability! This means that this will be the last preorder shipping update that includes it. 
Wyze Video Doorbell
14% of preorders have been shipped.
Orders from September 22nd - September 23rd
Should ship by 2/20.
Orders from September 24th - October 11th
Should ship by 3/6.
Orders after October 11th
TBA.
Notes for Wyze Video Doorbell
Shipping for Wyze Video Doorbell started about a week ago and we’re making steady progress! Our inventory is coming in staggered waves, so we expect that it may take some time to fully ship through all of our preorders.

Wyze Sprinkler Controller
100% of preorders have been shipped.

Wyze Watch
These haven’t started shipping yet.
Wyze Watches are set to start shipping in early April. I’ll have more specific dates for your order(s) once shipping has begun.

We’re working on manufacturing devices with reinforced casing as we speak (as mentioned previously, we found a weak point in our first batch) and it’s going well!
We look forward to shipping these out to you ASAP!
Wyze Home Monitoring Hardware
These haven’t started shipping yet.
The new generation of Wyze Sense is estimated to start shipping in Apri l. I’ll have more specific dates for your order(s) once shipping has begun.
This includes Core Starter Kits as well as additional Entry Sensors, Motion Sensors, and Keypads.
Ordered Wyze Cams with your Wyze Home Monitoring equipment? They’ll ship separately as soon as they’re in stock.
Notes for Wyze Home Monitoring Hardware
We’re experiencing shortages leading to delayed production for the new generation of Wyze Sense, but manufacturing is currently underway. We’re currently estimating to begin shipping these orders out sometime in April. Please be on the lookout for more updates in these emails as I get more information!
Wyze Plug Outdoor
80% of preorders have been shipped.
Orders from January 27th - February 1st
Should ship by 2/12.
Notes for Wyze Plug Outdoor
We’re powering through our remaining Wyze Plug Outdoor orders! 
The remaining preorders should make their way out of our warehouses by the end of next week.
Wyze Handheld Vacuum
These haven’t started shipping yet.
Our newest Wyze product has been a big hit! These are expected to start shipping in March. I’ll have more specific dates for your order(s) once shipping has begun.

Wyze Handheld Vacuum might not be shipping quite yet, but it is restocked for preorders! If you’ve been waiting for this device to come back in stock, it’s a great idea to place your order before we run out again!
