Why is the image quality is this bad? And how to fix it.

Wow. The room looks smokey. I imagine you already wiped the lens. Do other locations have the same result? Maybe return if new? My cams have always been clear. I have V2 and V3 cams.
yeah, tried everything it is updated to last version, and including all resets, and even factory reset, and still is foggy. deleted it twice and set it up again with the same result. something inside the cam is not right.
I have 10 other cams in and out of the house and this is the only one with dark image,

Hopefully the faulty cam is still under warranty. If not, some individuals have successfully replaced the lens. Best of luck.
