We are sorry to be the bearers of bad news, especially when it’s our fault. But we had to cancel your Wyze Cam v3 Black order because we ran out of stock. A hiccup in our inventory system told wyze.com that we still had that camera in stock when we didn’t.

We would recommend checking the original cancellation email for options - you may have for purchase options. Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns.

I can’t say this isn’t deflating. The thing lost is enthusiasm.

There are no alternate purchase options offered in the cancellation email. I expect you mean a two or three-pack of the white v3 at $18 per cam that is still offered on Wyze.com Garage Sale through 4/14.

Not much interested in white.

Now I see that the black v3 is currently offered on Amazon, so inventory exists somewhere. This makes Wyze look bad, imo.

Why not advise me to purchase there and reimburse the $12 difference in total price ($2 x 6 cams)?
