This is the end of a police car case and accident. October 2020 two guys ran from the police one was caught as soon as they crashed the car. You can see the lights of where that was at the end of the video. The other ran and was caught behind my house and walked through my yard back to the accident and all the police cars.
The camera is a wyze pan without and special housing bolted inverted under the porch roof.
