Thanks for your reply! On rereading my post, I can see how it can be confusing. I tried editing a few words to help improve the clarity.
First view (first time I open the Plug device): correct status for an instant, followed by wrong status.
Second view (second time I open the Plug device): correct status, until the next day.
The Favorites tab is good. The Devices tab is good. The issue I’m describing is from the specific device page, where you have to go to set a timer.
I also found this other post complaining about the same issue back in 2021:
When I get some time, I will try out some of the suggestions you mentioned and report back.
