Playback option not appearing on cam with SD card

My sister installed two cameras with SD cards at my mother’s house so we can monitor her for falls, etc. She shared the camera and I was easily able to add it to my app. But when I view the cameras, I have no playback option, as in the button for playback doesn’t even appear. Do I need to do something in setup to enable this feature?

Multiple Users' Permissions for Shared Users

So we have multiple camera’s set up at our house. My wife and I both have the app and I shared the camera with her. The problem we run into is that I want to give her full access to control settings also, but there is no permissions list for users who have access to the camera. Every time one person wants to change the settings, increase sensitivity, turn off notifications etc, you have to call/text the other person to change the settings. You’ll have limited access on camera(s) shared to you. While waiting for what @HDRock mentioned above; what you can do is use the same account as your sister’s so you’ll have the same full access on the camera.

that’s a good point and a good way to do it , if you don’t mind everyone sharing the same account with the same email and password
