I’ve had this issue too, after a year half the image has turned bright pink … i’m told it typically is covered under warranty and they were prepared to send me a replacement or new one, however not to Canadians as it turns out. So by purchasing on Amazon.ca instead of .com (which i can’t use anyway) warranty is just for the states apparently … lucky they’re not too expensive
WYZE had excellent customer however it doesn’t apply to us in Canada. They offered to sent me a new one to a USA address if I knew someone down there but I have anyone to take advantage of their offer. I still use my WYZE even with the pink hue and it’s been a couple of years now.
Having the same PINK issue with 1 of my 4 cameras. Is there a fix? Will you replace?
