Person Detection Service Outside USA and Canada

Hi, does somebody know if person detection service will be available for countries outside USA and Canada? If so, when filling the form to introduce payment details, there are only two alternatives in country box (USA and Canada) and they both ask me to write a ZIP Code

It’s unlikely.
People have used PayPal though.
