Until this morning I was getting person alerts from V3 on Alexa Show. I had to reinstall the cam, because it was altering a person and vehicle every time a car went by. Now, I am not getting the audible perosn alerts I desperately need.

Because you reinstalled the cam in the Wyze app, verify that you have assigned the cam to the CamPlus license in Account → Services and that you have the Person Detection Smart AI Recording selected in Event Recording.
You may also need to go back into Alexa and reset the settings for the cam there since the Person Detection Notification Alerts for Alexa are in the Alexa settings for each individual cam.
