Person detect does not work on my pan cam but it does work on my V2. I’m paying for the continuous recording on the pan cam, so this is really disappointing. They are set up the same. I’ve restarted the camera. What needs to be done to get this to work?

Have you tried canceling person detection and reenabling it? Also, make sure that the camera has person detection turned on.
