Pause Wyze app notifications when specific actions occur

I would like to pause notifications in a certain room when my Roomba is in there. How do I do this?

If you have cam plus have you tried setting the camera to Smart detection events like (Person , Pet) on in events recording and all other motion off?? of course AI may think the Roomba is a pet :grin:

I took a look at the rules, and perhaps this will work…

Rule 1:
If [Vacuum name] Starts to clean,
Action: [Camera name] turn off notifications
Add additional action to this rule for each additional camera in room

Rule 2:
If [Vacuum name] Cleaning completed,
Action: [Camera name] turn on notifications
Add additional action to this rule for each additional camera in room

Let us know it it works.

Thank you. this would not work because I want Wyze to detect my pet.

Can you walk me through this with a little more detail please. I couldn’t figure out how to create my own rule, but I believe I need to add a device. Can I add a Roomba IRobot or does it have to be a Wyze device? Both are integrated with my Google home device.

I apologize, I see that your vacuum is a Roomba. For some reason when I replied I was thinking Wyze vacuum. My suggestion will not work for that.

Since your devices are linked to Google Home, I don’t know if there’s a way to do something similar through Google Home.

Once again, sorry for the confusion on my part.
