Initiated a return of my Pan Cam v4 since Wyze can’t supply the pack of missing screws. The screw that connects the camera to the mount is essential and the only thing I really need. Seems it would save money to have some parts on hand for this occasion. It appears in photos to be a custom made screw so I don’t think I can find a replacement at a hardware store.
I don’t blame you for the return. Wyze should supply that.
As far as the screw size is concerned, though, I believe it’s a standard screw size used on many camera mounts, including (non-Pan) Cam v4 and older Wyze Cam models (except the smaller screws they used on Cam OG), which would be ¼″-20 (¼″ nominal diameter and 20 threads per inch), and when I measure the shaft length it’s about 7/16″. I can easily screw Cam Pan v4’s base onto a standard small camera tripod, so I would expect other camera mounts with that screw diameter and thread pitch to work. It’s nice to have that kind of flexibility, but I’ll probably end up using the included bracket at some point so having the OEM screw eases that.
