Pan Cam Blue Light Flashing


Setting up the Pan Cam and having the same flashing blue light issue. Couldn’t find the specific post on the community, apologies if that’s not the case.

  • Pan Cam is able to connect to the wifi and obtain the IP address
  • I can see Pan Cam MAC connected to the wifi router as well
  • Blue light keeps on flashing on the Pan Cam
  • On the app, no wifi signal strength is shown
  • Unable to connect to the live stream neither on the same wifi nor using the mobile data. The android app shows the error “Device is offline (error code 90) Please check your internet connection or power cycle the camera.”
  • Two Cam v2 devices are configured and working absolutely fine on the same wifi. Only having the issue with the Pan Cam

Try power cycling the camera by unplugging the power and plugging it back in.
If that doesn’t work, try factory resetting the camera.

If all else fails, try flashing the firmware.
