I would like my Palm door lock knobs to be laying horizontal when locked.
Of the three I own, only one does that.
How can I make the other two lay horizontal when they are locked?
Did you calibrate them all the same?

What’s the difference between your doors? I’m using a Palm Lock and a Lock Bolt v2 on two different doors, and the interior latch knob for both is oriented vertically when unlocked and horizontally when locked. The Palm Lock door is left-hand inswing, and the Lock Bolt v2 door is right-hand inswing. I wonder if there was just an error in installation when the Interior Assembly was mounted in Step 7 of the Quick Start Guide.
